FAQ
Everything buyers askbefore the first call
Twenty-five questions we get asked in scoping calls, answered the same way here as we would answer them on the phone.
SCOPE AND FIT
What we take on
The questions that decide whether a first call is worth booking at all.
No. Most engagements start with one stage, usually the one that is leaking. The other two are only worth starting once the first is producing something for them to act on.
PROCESS
How the work runs
What happens between the first call and the monthly review.
Thirty minutes. You describe what you have now and where it stops working, we ask about the sales conversation on the other end, and you leave with our read on which stage to touch first, including when that stage is not one of ours.
DATA AND TOOLING
Ownership, data and stack
Everything we build sits in accounts you own, so leaving costs you nothing but momentum.
You do. Analytics, search, ad accounts, the CRM, the assistant knowledge base and the content are created under your ownership wherever the platform allows it. We work as a user in your accounts, not as the owner of them.
COMMERCIAL
Contracts, billing and exit
The commercial mechanics, written the way we would want them written.
By engagement model rather than by hour: a fixed-scope diagnostic, a fixed-scope build, or a monthly retainer for stages that are genuinely ongoing. The pricing page sets out what drives the number in each case.
REPORTING
What gets measured
A short list of numbers agreed before the work starts, and a stated list of the ones we ignore.
Qualified conversations and what produced them: non-brand organic sessions that reach a form, the share of assistant conversations that become qualified leads, and cost per qualified conversation for paid and outbound. Volume metrics appear as context, never as the outcome.
