PRICING

How engagements arepriced and scoped

We do not publish a price list, because the honest number depends on the state of what you already have. What we can publish is the model, what sits inside it, and every factor that moves the figure.

MODELS

Three shapes of engagement

Most companies start at the first and only move to the second once there is agreement on what is actually broken.

01 / Fixed scope, one-off

Diagnostic

You know something is leaking but not which stage, and you do not want to commit to a channel to find out.

  • Review of the site, analytics and search data you already have
  • A written definition of a qualified lead, agreed with your sales side
  • The drop-off mapped across search, on-site conversion and handover
  • A prioritised order of what to fix, including anything outside our services

Ends with a document you keep whether or not we work together.

02 / Fixed scope, defined deliverable

Fixed-scope build

The stage is identified and there is a specific thing to build: an assistant, a technical SEO base, a page set, a lead handover.

  • A named deliverable with acceptance criteria written before work starts
  • The measurement plan for it, agreed at the same time
  • Build, integration into your accounts and CRM, and handover documentation
  • A working check-in during build, not a single reveal at the end

Ends when the deliverable is live and measured, not when hours run out.

03 / Month to month, with notice

Monthly retainer

The stage is genuinely ongoing: publishing, campaign iteration, assistant tuning, monthly reporting across the system.

  • An agreed cadence of work rather than an hour bucket
  • One monthly review with the same numbers in the same format
  • Changes made one at a time so the cause of a movement stays readable
  • Continuous ownership of the handover between stages

Runs month to month. A retainer that has to be enforced is not working.

WHAT MOVES THE NUMBER

Six things that decidewhat the work costs

Every one of these is visible after the diagnostic, which is why we scope the number then rather than guess it on a first call.

Technical state of what exists

A site with rendering, indexation or tracking problems has to be repaired before anything built on it can be measured. The audit tells us how much of that there is.

How much of the answer already exists in writing

An assistant is built from your real documents. Where the product knowledge lives only in people's heads, the knowledge base has to be produced first, and that is the largest variable in assistant work.

Number of stages in play

One stage is one system to run. Three stages share one definition, one destination and one report, which costs less than three vendors but more than one stage.

Complexity of the sales handover

One inbox and one owner is straightforward. Multiple regions, multiple products or routing rules per territory adds integration and reporting work.

Publishing volume

For organic work, the ongoing number is driven by how many pages per month the intent map justifies, not by a fixed content quota.

Third-party costs

Assistant platform, model usage, ad spend and any tooling are billed by those providers to your accounts, at cost to you and with no margin from us.

BILLING

How invoicing works

Currency and invoicing
Invoiced by WISDOM INTELLIGENCE TECH LIMITED, a Hong Kong registered company. Currency and payment terms are set in the engagement agreement.
Fixed scope
Split between start of work and acceptance of the deliverable, so neither side carries the whole risk.
Retainer
Invoiced monthly in advance, running month to month with notice.
Ad spend and platform fees
Paid by you directly to the platform, on your accounts. We never bill media through our own account or take a percentage of spend.
Change of scope
Re-stated in writing, with the deliverable and the measurement plan, before any additional work starts.

Never billed

Four things you will not see on an invoice

These are the clauses that quietly make agency relationships expensive, so they are stated here rather than discovered later.

No percentage of ad spend, so there is no incentive to grow your budget
No lock-in period on retainers and no exit fee
No charge for the accounts, data or documentation you take with you
No markup on platform or model usage

Next step

Get the number foryour situation, not a range

Thirty minutes on what exists today is usually enough to say which model fits and what would sit inside it.
